My starters are not playing in franchise mode. My depth chart is correct, but when it comes to in-game play, all of my bench guys come in and my starters don’t re-enter the game. I’m 16 games into the season and haven’t had an issue until now. I’ve checked all the fatigue sliders, blah blah blah, and all of my settings are the same since I started the season, so nothing has changed. I’m playing on the Xbox Series X. What gives??
Yeah like I played the whole playoffs without starters and now I’m in the super bowl thinking my starters would for sure play in the big game, one offensive snap later and they’re gone

Same here, my DT and LE depth chart is useless; I can't decide who will be on the field at these positions...what's up EA?
Thanks for your response. Yes, I had tried that and was still facing the same issue. What finally fixed it was going back to an earlier save file -- apparently the most recent save file I was using was corrupted and changing the fatigue to "off" made no difference. I turned fatigue all the way off, but the save file still would not recognize the change. Luckily, I had an earlier save I had created just the day before, and that's now working after the fatigue change (I'm assuming the depth chart error hasn't taken effect as of the date of the earlier save file). I'm assuming that now I've changed fatigue to "off" it will carry this over into future saves. This is still an obnoxious issue EA needs to address. A player shouldn't have to be creating multiple save files because EA is too lazy to do quality control, but the long story short, the issue is now fixed thanks to an earlier save file. Is your progressive fatigue turned on? EA calls they fixed it last year, however, it was just fixed from this happening in week 10 to like week 15 instead. It's broken and needs to be turned completely off, not down.
