Stuck at loading screen
Im stuck at the main loading screen with the music playing. Already have uninstalled and reinstalled, hard rest Xbox and wifi modem…and still nothing. I paid money for a game Ive barely been able to ...

EA Staff (Retired)Hey @nicklamj Can you check out the following steps and go through the ones you haven't so far, if you keep seeing issues let us know!
- Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Persistent Storage
- Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:
- Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
- Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
- Select restart

I went through all the steps you provided and Im still having issues with launching the game. Meaning im still stuck at the same screen as before
