Stuck at the loading screen on mut head to head Super Bowl

I made it to the Super Bowl in mut head to head and when i went to load in to the game it never loaded up it just stayed on the loading screen. I dont know if its a glitch that the other person did or what but I've been playing al morning with no problem. I played all those games for nothing becaue after fifteen minutes of waiting on it to load up i gave up and dashboarded an it gave me the loss. I have pictures and videos of it. Is there something you guys ccand to help me get my Super Bowl game back please I never made it that far ever THANKS.

    It sounds like there was some type of disconnection from the servers where the game hung up on the loading screen. It pains me to hear you made it to the Super Bowl without having a chance to play it, although I'm confident you should be able to return again. Our staff is not capable of sending you to a Super Bowl matchup through their tools and we can only advise playing again. We'll always keep an eye out for reports like this and give the team a heads up to know it could be affecting more players and whether we could possibly add tools for our staff to assist in the future.

    Good luck on the field and don't hesitate to reach out to our EA Help team if you continue to experience any issues like this again for a deeper look into it.

    I'm playing mutcup on madden 25 and it keeps happening to me. I can't finish a tournament because a bunch of players are doing this hack. It's easy to tell @EASPORTS, if someone wins a tournament without ever playing a game. Those are them. They have u stuck in the beginning or disconnect real quick and u have to wait for 30 minutes then get a loss. N there's nothing u can do about it. It's infuriating.  Ban all these cheaters EA

    Same thing just happened to me I set and waited for 30+mins and had to close out the game to get out of the screen I'm pretty sure it's the opponent making you set in the second Start screen until you exit and they get the W
