Hi, just purchased the game about hour ago. Finished installing the game and went to play. I get through the PRESS ANY BUTTON and get stuck on the following screen with Cam Newton with "HIT A TO SNAP THE BALL". Is there a work around this or am I out of luck trying to play this game?
Our problem is slightly different. We also downloaded the game successfully yesterday and played a few games this afternoon. Now, we can't launch the game as it says, 'Please Wait...Reading Storage Device'.😕mileysad: We have tried turning off the console and waiting before turning it back on, but we get stuck at the same spot.
I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled game. Didn't work. Power cycle xbox, modem/router and that didn't work. I understand that there are some issues when game launches, but no reason why I shouldn't be even to play a PLAY NOW mode game. On the second install, got a update for madden so did that and still didn't help. Just posting what I have tryed to no success.
