Stuck on view play call and can’t snap the ball

Summarize your bug I start up a game in online franchise and I’m stuck on a single defense of player. Can’t Audible out of a defense of scheme. Then on Offense I can’t even snap the ball. The screen just shows I’m holding RT looking at the play call/X-Factors. This is the only game where I think my controller could be broken but it’s not since it works in every other game I play with no issues.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Couldn’t tell you. Just randomly start one day and I’ve played a few games since then and now every game in franchise is like it.
