Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

I am having the same problem uninstalled and still the same problem, I have above all the recommended needs wasted over an hour of the trial messing about with settings
