Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

        While having an i5 CPU seems to be a commonality for most of you, all of the posted Dxdiag reports show NVIDIA GPUs.

        Can I ask you to try resetting your video card default settings via its control panel? ->

        Nvidia Control panel, 3D Settings, manage 3D Settings, Restore Defaults at the top right, click Apply at bottom right, retry playing.
