While having an i5 CPU seems to be a commonality for most of you, all of the posted Dxdiag reports show NVIDIA GPUs.
Can I ask you to try resetting your video card default settings via its control panel? ->
Nvidia Control panel, 3D Settings, manage 3D Settings, Restore Defaults at the top right, click Apply at bottom right, retry playing.

I did this and it changes nothing sadly. Don't think our cards are the problem here as the sound stutters which causes gameplay issues..
Anyway no, it changed nothing. Please resolve this issue soon, I've seen so many posts and pleads on Discord/Reddit/Twitter and forums
Just to add on the new driver thing. I had the new driver installed yesterday but it was basically unplayable. I reverted back to the old one so I can at least play a bit.
Same Problem here i5 2500k gtx1050ti ,drivers freshly updates,tried DX11/12 ,graphics settings change nothning the game slutter/micro freezes and audio get creepy. Madden 19 run good.
@EA_Barry what crosses my mind.
Everybody ist complaining about stuttering and sound issues. If iam right all the CPU´s what got posted are Haswell architecture.
Nobody has issues with the GPU.
Maybe the issues has something to do with the architecture.
Iam not a software engineer or a coder. Just my 2 Cents and what ive seen that we have in common beside the Intel-Nvidia commonalitiy
Unfortunately this still hasn’t worked
I played this game on Windows10 and had the same issues as described above. After a few days, I dual booted my pc with Windows 8.1 (for some other reason) and since I had an installation of Madden 20 on other drive started the game to see how it works (maybe EA fix the issue). The game works fine. Later on Windows 10 again the same issues.
Idk why but this game on dual-booted PC with Win 10 and Win 8.1 works fine on 8.1 and is unplayable on Win 10.
Has someone tried to play M20 on different Win OS (7,8,10) and what r your experience if u did?
4 month later,The devs have made progress they have found how to turn on computers...
I have the best router the fastest internet and still skipping, lagging. Just pure garbage. It’s not your system, not your internet. The game and EAs service SUCKS. We need them to have competition because this is the quality you can expect when there is a monopoly. They never loses money and keep cutting corners because who cares where else is the customer going to go
