Hi,
some information from me about the stuttering.
The "Realtime" workaround helped a lot. Beside that turning "Origin in-game" off gave me another small boost.
Setting my GPU back to default didnt helped.
Its playable now. Only when i have a "cutscene" for example after a touchdown i have a 5 - 10 second lag. Not always but in 80%.
Beside of that i had to close all other running programs like Discord, Browser or something else.
Madden 20 is way to much forcing CPU-power.

I usually listen to spotify while i game but with m20 its impossible, its beyond choppy... But yea, along with setting m20 to realtime, i literally have to close every single app i don't absolutely have to have running and even then it freezes/lags seemingly randomly during play. Cutscenes between plays/touchdown are definitely the most prone to stuttering/lagging. Right now this game uses so much cpu its insane...
