Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

@xxlordocelotxx i also have to same problem except that it is also freezes my game and makes a huge buzzing sound.

i have a computer at work that i can play it on with no messed up sound or freezing. its a worse computer too it only has a 660 while the one that isnt working is a 1080
