Thanks for the update @EA_Blueberry. I don't know if it is still helpful to send in a DxDiag, but I attached mine.
Just adding to the list. Loaded up 20 for the first time today and had this horrible stuttering and audio clipping.

I am also having the same stuttering issue and I have an AMD R9 280, but I also have an I5-6400. The Realtime priority on Task Manager fixes the issue mostly but causes my network adapter to crash after 10 - 30 minutes. Maybe some more information from my DxDiag could help.
@EA_BlueberryI'm having same stuttering issues. Issues I didn't have with madden 19 (which I could basically run on ultra except for crowds on low)

I tried the realtime fix and that helped somewhat but I'm still experiencing weird sound distortions. All my drivers are up to date as well.
