Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

Having the same issue.  Gamebreaking stuttering, freezing and fps issues.  Tried the "realtime" workaround and didn't improve it at all.  Literally unplayable.

Cancelled my origin premier until they can fix this, if then.
