Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

Im having the same problem too. I also have a I5 (4690k) and a Nvidia Graphics card (GTX 960) the same as everyone else so I'm guessing theres a optimization problem with that. Madden 19 plays as good as any game on my PC but for some reason Madden 20 takes a huge dump on my PC. The menu screens are doable but once i get in game my CPU and GPU usage go up to 100. Thank god my friend let me test his out before i bought it because i would be irate right now.
