Same problem here.
i5-6600, 8gb ram, with nvidia gtx10150ti graphic card
Additionally, when I shut down all apps in background game starts to be playable, hardly, with processor power of around 85-100%. The sound problems and glitches are same if I push in high resolution and in lowest resolution (tried all combinations my monitor could support). The problems are same with dx11 and dx12. The problems are the same with all effects on and with all effects off. I strongly suspect the problem is not in graphic. I suspect something is wrong in sound or processor optimization.
After today's update, after few snaps all routes for players disappear. They don't show even after reset of the play, return to main menu, they only appear on shut down of game, and then after few snaps again disappear. Tried all "solutions" from this thread, nothing helps. Attached is dxdiag.
Game is basically unplayable for me.

The team is still investigating this and we'll provide an update as soon as possible. Keep in mind that some PC users are able to fix performance related issues through PC troubleshooting steps. It's always advised to update your Windows system and drivers for your video card to improve performance. We want to make sure you enjoy the game until we have more information to share around this, if anyone is aware of troubleshooting steps not mentioned in this post yet that helped reduce stuttering in game please share with the community.

List of troubleshooting I’ve done so far which does help with the audio crackle but still lags frequently and freezes after almost every play. Can’t have any other applications running or else it completely locks up my PC and requires a restart.
Unistall and clean install latest graphics drivers.
Windows up to date.
Turn off origin in game.
Turn graphics to minimum.
Try dx11 and dx12.
Set game to run as administrator.
Reduce Fps to 60.
Set Madden 20 priority to Real-time.
Reinstall the game 3 times.
Every other game I play runs perfectly fine and my specs are well above the recommended. Don’t think it is a PC issue. The only thing that seems to help a little bit is the real-time priority but then I’ll get random crashes and can’t run discord or any other applications. At this point I’m just hoping they fix it by launch.
