Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

'I have checked the details with the team and would like to share you that the development team is working on a fix and since this is only Early Access. Soon studio team is going to launch the patch for a fix.' 'as of now, there is no ETA shared by the team yet.' 'This is one of our premium games so rest assured. It will be sorted soon.'

@MattBFC19 todays patch not fixing or atleast helping with issue is beyond disappointing...Really hoping the fix releases atleast within the next 2-3 days or sooner, because even with this maddening (pun intended) bug/issue i 've really enjoyed the changes made and features added this year.

    @xxlordocelotxx I didn't even get an update for the game today, I really hope they fix it soon as possible.
