There's the update from today
The team is still investigating this and we'll provide an update as soon as possible. Keep in mind that some PC users are able to fix performance related issues through PC troubleshooting steps. It's always advised to update your Windows system and drivers for your video card to improve performance. We want to make sure you enjoy the game until we have more information to share around this, if anyone is aware of troubleshooting steps not mentioned in this post yet that helped reduce stuttering in game please share with the community.

Ive done each and every step listed here by others and other things ive seen elsewhere like reddit and the PC player discord but no luck. The game freezes my whole computer up where I have no choice but to use the power button to shut it down. Ive sat and waited for 10 minutes before with it frozen and it wont unfreeze. I get amazing preformance in every other game I play, this only happens with Madden 20. I used to get over 150fps in M19 with 0 issues. My PC specs arent terrible by any means and my machine and parts are well taken care of. Please EA Im begging you to fix this asap. I just wanna grind Madden again.
