I have an i9 and I’m having issues... so it seems to not be just for i5. I am getting strange horizontal stripes (hard to describe) across the screen. See the line cutting across the word “Thursday”? Impossible to ignore.

That's screen tearing. It's from the frame updating part way through your screen refresh. Either turn on vsync or, if you have an adaptive sync capable system (freesync or GSync), get that working.

i have the same issues. My system is not the best but it meets the minimum system requirements. Madden NFL 19 went well but in Madden 20 i have lots of stuttering and randomly 10 - 15 seconds freezings. I have done all troubleshooting but nothing helped.
