Glad I haven't bought the game yet, figured Origin Premier for a month to see if PC community in the UK is dead or not was smart, now it seems there's bad performance, it was an even greater shout!
The issue here is that this is happening on PC. And we know how small and young the community is on PC. Madden was only made for PC last year and unfortunately developers don't care enough for us. PC is only used as a great "guinea pig" for checking out the new patch, before its released on Xbox and PS. It's completely the same as FIFA.
If this stuttering, audio chopping, solos freezing happened on consoles, EA would made it a huge priority and provided a solution in the matter of 48 hours. You can see how quick they solved the Quick Presentation thing. Even Kraelo mentioned on stream, so you know they can do things extremely fast. The fact we "buyers" have to find solutions ourself is shameful. To even dare to say some people resolved this issue by going to task manager>more properties>set realtime is amazingly hurtful to the players. It's not our job to find this solution or to even have issues. This is not a game that requires a good PC, let alone a super gaming PC, the settings are basically the same as last year and my PC gets better updates and drivers every month... And you guys can write about Origin Premier Access and cancelling it, it doesn't matter because the PC Madden community is like a drop in the ocean for EA. Most of people take Premier Access for other games like FIFA, BF etc..
It's nice for @EA_Blueberry to go so far and check this thread, but I am sure that maybe 2 or 3 people are working on this and it isn't getting enough attention it deserves. The game is out for over 10 days now and obviously if this were to be solved or had any priority, EA would find a solution. But of course Blueberry is not at fault here, he can only wait for something to happen..
I am really sad, because the game is much better than last year, but this problems are really annoying and it destroyed the experience for a lot of people.

Yea not even sure they plan to fix it either. Over a week later and “the team will take a look at it next week” is the response lol. Must have a pretty relaxed SLA over at EA.

I told people that setting a task to run in realtime can make life difficult for your PC outside of the use of the game and that EA shouldn't be recommending that to it's customers.
On one hand, I think I would caution outrage from PC users, as backlash from PC users could easily result in EA just reverting to consoles only, which we don't want.
On the other hand, I don't understand how EA allows this to happen and as customers I think it's absolutely fair to expect more from a product or service that we have paid for.
Do they not test their product on any number of different machines? The only way I can see that this happens is that they don't test the game on all different specs, which is quite unbelievable considering the size of their operation and the resources at their disposal.
