Community AdminWe've alerted the team to be aware of this. So far I see that everyone here has an i5 processor, do you have one as well and can you attach a DxDiag? We know an experience like this is never expected or fun to deal with. We'll continue to pass along the information to the team as we receive it.
We're here to troubleshoot so you can get onto the field. If anyone is aware of methods that can fix this, posting in here on the AHQ forums is always greatly appreciated!

Last update was Friday morning Blueberry said they still haven’t made any progress and they will try to track down more info on the issue sometime early next week lol. My guess is it’s going to be awhile.
Thanks for the advice! If i set Madden 20 priority on realtime, it went better but not perfect. I had still freezings but my sound stuttering is gone now.

I was just trying to play again after multiple failed tries and my graphics card drivers crashed. Its never happened in any game other than this.. I attached a screenshot of my exact error.
