Stuttering no matter what i set the graphics to

i'm having stuttering and choppy audio in game, the menus work fine most of the time but even they stutter on occasion. I've tried lowering the graphics settings down to the point everything thing is...

There was a game update today, can you all please let us know if there is any change seen in relation to this stuttering?

@EA_BarryThe game doesn't run much better. Still getting constant stutter every play from the CPU being maxed out. Which is ridiculous because I have an i5-6500 and the game runs fine on my girlfriend's worse Pentium G4560.
