Same issue here, i5 processor but lot of memory and hi end video, system is powerful enough to run pretty much anything on high settings including madden 19. Still sound shattering and microfreezes in madden 20, game is unplayable.
Clean system, latest drivers, played with different graphics settings, including setting everything on low, no luck. Also tried solutions from this topic, does not help as well.
I was surprised to see that this is a two week old issue affecting quite a set of people, for a new release. is someone is really working on it?

I have audio/gameplay stuttering and long (3-5 sec) pauses. In game graphics settings do not seem to matter.

Setting the priority of the exe to "realtime" solves the issue for me, but it keeps kicking it down to "high" for some reason. It works OK there, but the game pauses every so often (not going to the pause screen, just the game freezes then resumes).
Madden 19 didn't have this issue, I last played it a few days before 20 was released.

I see a lot of these motherboards under the list of MSI Motherboards here.
Some of them have Sonic Radar included and even Nahimic audio. I've seen Nahimic actually result in some sound and performance issues lately with our games. I included some various posts below that showcases how fully uninstalling them have fixed this for PC players.
Would any of you be willing to give that a try to see if we can determine if it's audio related? (Some players have mentioned better performance when they made audio changes within game)
