Suspended or Banned from Auction House

Hi i was wondering why my account was banned I cannot access my auction house and I am confused on why. It has been around 4 days and I have no ban history or suspension history. If you could let me ...

    Hi @Conman1375000, 

    We can't look into this for you from the forums. However, if you've already created an appeal with the Terms of Service team, then you've done the right thing and it's now a matter of waiting for a response from them. Please keep an eye out on your email inbox as they will reach out from the email 'noreply@ea.com'. In terms of how long that'd take, we wouldn't be able to give you a time frame for a response.

HELLO, I HAVE HAD MY AUCTION HOUSE LOCKED FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY BUT NOBODY HAS RESPONDED AND EA SUPPORT HAS TAKEN A VERY LONG TO GIVE ME SOME GOOD FEEDBACK! ANY EXPERTS ON HERE THAT CAN HELP ME? OR KNOW HOW LONG A SUSPENSION IS FOR? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

We can't look into this for you from the forums.     Thanks, its just taking an extra long time...how do I tell if I have a ban or suspension with my auction house if I have no ban history.

    Good question. Answer is you don’t. 
    I’ve made 2 cases asking the same thing (how do Ik if it’s perm-ban or suspended.)

    not only did they not answer the question (the terms team and EA-Help).

    but when I showed them evidence of other players getting only a week suspension for the samething they closed that case and opened up the first one which didn’t show that attachment😂. They didn’t even reply to that evidence or the email. They just opened the EA-Help cases and replied to those ones which were made before the actual email to them then declined them with no answers. Unjust treatment 🤷🏽‍♂️ (EA-“NoHelp”)

    first time playing MUT. Pre-ordered for $100. Spent $1000, got misled and informed cause they don’t ban youtubers 4 these things, and this is the result you get. Should be called “EA-NoHelp”

    @Conman1375000 I’ll let you know Friday, but my experience with my first MUT, Madden 23, Customer+Terms of service has pretty much gotten me nowhere bro. No positive outcomes no matter what attachments I send nothing matters. Not sure if it’s cause a lot of them don’t speak English (I get a lot of Asian names and replies + emails at like 1 AM set). But…. The experience as a whole is pretty bad. **Some are very good and nice though!**

    @YuertDatBoi did you ever get this fixed? I got auction house banned last week for no reason but the message that popped on my screen said for supposed "coin distribution." I have never cheated or exploited this game for over 5 or 6 years of playing Madden. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone at EA to explain to me why this happened.
