Switching Sides Mid-Game in OFFLINE Franchise

When the game launched I noticed that Madden finally brought back the option to change sides in the middle of a game against the CPU. However, it was only brought back for Play Now and the Madden Legacy game mode but not for Offline Franchise. Since the feature is clearly already in the game, it shouldn't be too difficult to add it to Offline Franchise. I know that I'm not the only one who wants this feature added. I've seen posts about it on this site, reddit, and twitter. You're able to do this in other sport games like NBA2K and MLB the Show and it adds an extra layer of enjoyment when I play franchise in those games. I'm hoping somehow this post catches the attention of the dev's. Please make it happen!
