When I went to pick my team captain for MUT, ps4 got an error and Madden closed. After I restarted Madden and went into MUT, I didn't have the choice to pick a team captain and it was already picked for me???...Without even realizing what happened or the importance of team captain, I continued to play. I've spent quite a bit on MUT cards, so I don't want to remake a team again, but be given a new team captain that I can choose.

Hi, my Ultimate Team Captain disappeared from my roster. Support chat could not find it and confirmed that I do not have any captain and that I also do not have the Captains Pack anymore. Still they were not able to help me, as they couldn´t prove that I had a captain, but of course I had a captain, as everyone has a captain.... What can I do now?

I also didn’t receive a team captain I just finished the campaign today and never got the pack just finished with a support chat. And the confirmed I finished the challenges but they just told me to wait ... I don’t think it’s going to help so IDK what to do now

I had the same problem. I did a live chat with EA, they were able to add a captain pack to my account
How? They didn't do anything for me
