This needs to be bumped and fixed its been two months fir me….ea is just criminal in its inept attitude towards anything on this fos site ……out of the 1000 treads none have been sorted ….ea please address this simple issue please refund our eraned tokens and fix your convoluted sets …nov 20 2022 almost Christmas games half over

lost my 2 captain tokens putting my keyshawn johnson with both the tokens on him for the exchange set and now they are gone.

This is ridiculous how they haven’t done anything to resolve this issue or even talked about fixing this nor any updates have been provided. I’ve contacted support twice and same response; just follow NFL MUT direct for updates.The set allowed me to put the card into it before I downgraded it and now I am missing both of my tokens.

Still no fix on mine either and it’s been almost three months now. Just keep submitting help tickets and chatting with customer service about it so that it keeps the incidents up in their computers. It’s ridiculous that this game has this many glitches and they can’t get them fixed.

I lost all my captain tokens trying to switch captains. This is absolutely ridiculous that 2 months have gone by and they haven't fixed it. EA WHAT THE HELL!? At least give us an update....

Going on 4 months for me and still no fix and no real information from EA. This game is turning out to be the biggest scam of all time.
