I was exchanging team captain Eric Allen for Sam Adams and when I got Sam Adams my team captain tokens were missing .Is there any way I can get them back ?
My team Captain tokens were lost when I exchanged my Captain in the Captain exchange set. There was no warning that this would happen. Please help.
I went to ea support and they basically offered me no help. Said they would pass the information up and to keep an eye out for their Twitter for updates regarding my issues lol :/
- so i had the 88 keyshawn johnson team captain that you get when you complete the solos and power up the card with the collectibles. i wanted to chose a different team captain which i can do through the sets. so the game let me put the 88 keyshawn in the set but i forgot to power the card down to get my collectibles back and the game gave me the new player sam adams but my collectibles are missing to power him up to a 88 like i did with johnson. how do i fix this????
Me too i did the same thing, but to me if the card was upgraded it should have registered as BND card. It allow me too exchange it and now my team captain tokens are missing also.
same. It's happening to a lot of people. EA over the phone said they are working on it. But I'm doubtful they will issue them back. All that grinding to have a half assed captain now??? Come on EA do better.
Damn at least I’m not alone with my tokens disappearing but dang this is dumb why let us trade them in and take the tokens
