The file cannot load because it's incompatible with this version of the game

Madden 15 on the PS4.  Trying to resume offline connected franchise.  When trying to resume I get:  "The file cannot load because it's incompatible with this version of the game".  Already contacted...

While trying to load a connected franchise, it said "this file cannot be loaded because it was created with a different version of the game. Please select a different file and try again." can I not play that anymore? Or how do I fix the problem?
