The gridiron nightmare trial of monsters and trial of transformation

I have seen the other mentions about the mirror match giving our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later and that people have resolved this by making a new line up but my issue is that i cannot even get to the challenge as i am getting the same error on both the trial of monsters and trial of transformation final challenge regardless of which option i chose on either i am unable to proceed.

    On the mirror a challenge O madden tweeny On xbox one You cannot get a star only in the will not give it to you

    I just went to a blank line up screen and did best line went the the challenge and it started almost at halftime we'll see what happens

    When I try the challenge mirror match on ultimate team, the requirements do not show up and I have extensively searched for how to fix it and nothing I’ve found has worked.
