The Reticle/Meter visibility turns off without me manually doing it

Summarize your bug So, the new Placement and Accuracy doesn't work. This is as when I put my visibility for both reticle and meter on, and when I hop into an online head to head game, neither one is visible, making it more difficult to find where the ball is going to be placed and how accurate it is. So when I complete the game, I go back into my settings, and they are both hidden, even though I clearly put visible.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to settings, under game options, and under the placement and accuracy are reticle and meter visibility. Turn on, and then go into a online head to head game, and see if either the reticle or meter are visible.
What happens when the bug occurs? It won't let me see the visibility of either the reticle or meter
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this fixed to where when I turn on my visibility for the meter and the reticle it will not turn off by itself
