There was an Error retrieving your currency balances

Problem is still there after almost a week... Come on guys, the whole game isn't playable because of this. I just want to play some franchise but at the end of every game I'm told the connection to the servers have been lost and that the score cannot be saved. This started happening at the same time as this currency balance error thing. There are still people playing Madden 21, please think of us !
