I wanted to drop in and let you know that this error should be fixed now.
We appreciate you bearing with us while we were working on getting this resolved.
Had anyone got any updates on this issue?? Or even a work around?
I did a chat with an EA rep. Took my info. Couldn’t explain why there was an issue.
Did you message them on twitter? Tried reaching out on there and no reply
There are now several of these threads for the same persistent issue with no response from EA other than "we don't see anything wrong". I get that this is an older game, but I still enjoy playing it because of the solid game mechanics, and this issue has made it unable to play the game in any way, in any mode, for a few weeks now. Really frustrating and the complete lack gafs when it comes to providing even a "we're working on it" communication certainly should give everyone pause before they keep forking over money to this company.
