This game sucks and i cant access any online seasons

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? fingrzmilloy716
Date/time issue occurred every day
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Cloud
What is your Franchise League Name? every single one
Summarize your bug Not only is this the worst madden ever. But i Cannot play ANY online game because your game doesn't allow my gamer tag to be seen by your own servers. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and I can gain access for about 5 hours then I get booted and can not get back in. Not only is the quality of this game Hall of Fame level trash but it doesn't even let me play the trash game. Figure your * out.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make a game that works. You basically copy and paste this * year to year anyway so I'm unsure how this is such a problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot play any online game modes.
What do you expect to see? An online game mode.
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. this is an Xbox, field filtering is a thing you know.
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? Again this is an xbox.
Enter RAM memory size in GB how ever much the Xbox series I specified in your above drop down has. which should have filtered these last few questions out.

fix your got damn game why do i have to upload a damn thing. You know this is an issue it has been and issue for a lot of people in the community I have spoken too and yet here we are with it still being a problem. Mind you I just downloaded a 2 gig update that you didn't address any of the issues that this game is littered with.

    @brewer1087 not sure whether it is helpful, but I found a website where connection issues for xbox players are tackled. maybe it is worth a try?

    Some players are reporting that they are getting the following error while trying to play Madden NFL 21.

    “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later”

    This issue is being experienced by Xbone and PlayStation 4 players while trying to access Madden 21 Ultimate team. To fix the “Server Cannot Process Request” error, long-in to your EA account on PC > Settings > deny the access to the Xbox One account.

    When players open the EA play app on the console, it’ll ask to connect the account. Select “Yes” and players will get to the main menu and will be able to access the Ultimate Team and the error will be fixed.

    What happens when the bug occurs? Can't access MUT.
    What do you expect to see? My MUT squad with access to auction house.

    As seen in the screenshot, I get this error message whenever I click on the Madden Ultimate Team box.

    this bug has been reported by other players too (Ea Companion App Madden 21 - Answer HQ). unfortunately I did not see a solution yet.

    if you are trying to log in to your cloud franchise and you play on PC, this issue might be related to the technical issue described here: Re: [PC] Madden 21 connected franchise unavailable - Page 3 - Answer HQ (ea.com) in this case, I've read that EA is aware of the issue and is working on a solution.

    I still do not have any cloud franchises. I still am not able to be signed into the EA server. I again have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It works for a time and then again some how signs me out of EA and says that i am not signed into EA and wont sign me in.

    @Neo_Novalis thanks man! I am on Xbox, it seems to be a hand shake issue on EAs end with my xbox live account and EA. Nothing anyone from EA has asked me to do has worked on a long term basis. There is something wrong in the game itself. Just amazingly frustrating.
