Titanium collector pack never receive!!!

I bought a titanium collector pack twice at 5 p.m. and 5 p.m.... and a few, but I received nothing in return and my training bridges were debited from my balance. Why and how can this happen? I...

    If you're still not seeing the packs please reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. I'm afraid this isn't something we can look into here on Answers HQ.

This game sucks and it stole all my coins for releasing a terrible pack that everyone is opening because they want to take back all the coins they gave away from their own mistakes(Easter egg glitch) and now I have to lose every single coin I own
