Transfering Madden 15 (Game) from my xbox 360, to my xbox one

So, about a month ago i bought my Madden 15 on my Xbox 360 from the marketplace, not from an actuall store. Now i just got a Xbox one, and could i re-download madden 15 on to my xbox one? Please respond!

P.S.
I could do this with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, and didn't have to re-buy the game again.

    They're considered different games so unfortuanatley you would have to re purchase Madden 15.

    Like the user above me posted, you can't just transfer the game, but you can transfer your players one time.  Be aware that you can't transfer coins though so do a little research on muthead.com and find players that sell for more on the 1 than they do on the 360.  Here is a youtube video of the entire transfer process from logging into madden, until the transfer is over.  Good luck.
