Trouble with most feared 92 sets

For the past 2 days I've trying to complete the Carmichael and peppers sets. I just an error about the servers and thrown out to title screen. Once I get back in Mut I get the screen showing the completed set with no card art or card in my binder.

Nuge100 figured out this is caused if a player is upgraded at any point, it can never go in a set. Thus players bought on the auction house may be useless, cause you can remove the upgrades and sell it, it will not go into sets.
I have told ea about this, they do not care. Just say glad you got it working ( this was by trying different cards - increasing the cost of sets ), they didn't seem to care what was causing it or that it has been an issue since release.

I've been trying to redeem my 92 ovr master most feared champion and it's only allowing me to add 2/3 to my set when I have all 3 players? Please help me understand why I'm unable to complete this set.

Are any of the 3 in your lineup?
On my end as long as 1 is out of the lineup I could add all.
The kicker is once you add the three you'll probably get an error and thrown of the game.
Me and others are having that issue, but no one from EA respond to it

Same I waited to do mine until Tyreek and Murray came out. I can’t add mine to my Tyreek one either

I received 2 emails from 2 different support people at ea, oddly they were worded about the same

@packaos Just curious but did you ever upgrade any of the cards you tried using in the set? I had a similar problem with a different set. I upgraded a player and used him for a time, then downgraded him to complete a set. I would then receive the same error. I bought a new version of that same player and was able to complete the set.

I might have but not sure if that was after awhile of trying to add. I was able to complete a 92 with some new cards though

I did the same with both my Samuel and Hutch. But Samuel pops up, not Hutch
