@stele2010 Thanks for this update, we don't have information on giveaways from other streamers outside of the NFL channel. I would recommend reaching out to the streamer for further assistance.

@stele2010 To confirm should you have gotten this reward from a twitch drop, or what event should have provided you with the reward?

it was not a twitch drop it was sponsored twitch streamer give away...ther]y turned my name in to EA inturn i would get my card hope that is enough information if not i will provide whats needed ...thanks

it was a contest from a sponsored streamer.... they sent my name into EA there for i would get my winning card... thanks again

got my 90 troy polamalu card thanks EA, plus it usually takes a week too get sometimes ...
