Bro I have not been able to play mut for like a week and everytime i try to get into a solo it says “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.” I’ve put in multiple tickets and still no response after about 5 days.. can anyone help

I still cannot level up in Madden 23. I have had the game for almost a month, I cannot play head to head or any online modes. There are no options anywhere to take me there. My level has also been stuck at level 2 this entire time. I have completed countless solo challenges but my level still remains at 2, with an empty bar.

When I try to go into a solo challenge it says “the server cannot process the request at this time.” This has been happening for 3 days now. I am on Xbox one and these challenges have not been completed.

Yes, I’ve created new lineups. I took out all the lost feared, I’ve taken out all the strategy cards, and I’ve deactivated all the superstars. Have you deleted the game and reinstall the game

So as many of us know. The season 2 field pass wasn't tracking correctly and we couldn't access it without recieving an error. Now it seems to be fixed and I have access to the field pass. However, I'm only a level 7 after completing almost all of the solo challenges. Basically it seems that we lost all that XP because of the error and I don't see how I'll ever hit level 60 something when I've pretty much done everything up to this point. How are you gonna make this right EA? I'm gonna miss out on the season rewards because of something that was your fault? Please help and make this right!

EA sports doesn't care about "Our servers cannot process your request at this time..." been broken for years.
Still broken.
EA Sucks.. EA really Really sucks.
We work to get the high end cards to trade in for the elites, but then you can't do anything with them.
Means that you have a bunch of overpriced cards that you can't swap for the 92 ovr and 3 bnd's in return.
Greed on EA's part. Class Action Lawsuits, or force continuous arbitration.. or more importantly stop buying the game is needed.

Almost everytime I try to do solo challenges I get message "our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later" I have been getting this message for a few days and it's extremely annoying that I can't play most of the challenges because of this.
I have tried everything I have seen to do to fix it but none of it have worked.

What was I doing: I was trying to grind for a better MUT team.
What was the last thing I completed: I had played one of the few challenges that worked form me.
How often does the bug occur: everytime I try to do one of the challenges
Steps to find bug: click on challenges then go to aka (one of the challenges that dont work) then click on one of the challenges and hit play.

Every time I try and play challenges
I have deleted and re downloaded and that didn’t work
