What were you doing when it happened? Playing MUT 23
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Finished a challenge
How often does the bug occur? Everytime I try to enter a challenge on MUT
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: I've completed all the troubleshooting listed in this thread. None of it works. I would post screenshots of what the message I'm receiving looks like but that seems like beating a dead horse in this thread. You already know, it's pretty crazy this is still a problem.

That also happens if you try to redeem the player cards with completed sets. You are able to redeem anything else, but not the player cards. They need to just take the whole thing offline and just fix it. Stop playing around and do your jobs.

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know about what you are running into with Madden 23, We have recently made some changes and I wanted to confirm if anyone is still getting the error message 'Our servers cannot process your request" When trying to play Madden 23?
If so please let us know the following:

What are you attempting to do when you get the error message?
When was the last time you got the error message? (Date/Time)
Are you able to complete other actions, or play other game modes?

I received the last message 11/10/2022 10:30amI’m able to play Online Head to Head Regular, Franchise Mode. I can’t play anything in MUT.
I’ve done Al the trouble shooting done or asked by EA help agents.please Help

I get the same message when I want to play any new challenges that come out since last saturdays new UL challenges. I can play some older ones like the legend challenges somehow.

Same issue here, was working all day doing challenges. Now constantly just getting the error. I've tried changing lineups, generating best lineup, closing and reopening, same error every single time. Very frustrating situation when challenges are the only things new players can really do without getting blown out by 99 overall teams in H2H.

I was able to get working by creating new lineup. Make sure you save your current lineup for online play first. I created new lineup and did not put the same players as I usually use, but it wont matter to knock out easy challenges, just put a starting lineup in to fill all gaps. I did this in the last half hour, and it did work, however I did use a lineup initially created from beginning of the year, that I saved, and filled in gaps. Hope this helps, as I too could not play challenges for the last week.
