Thanks for letting us know about what you are running into with Madden 23, We have recently made some changes and I wanted to confirm if anyone is still getting the error message 'Our servers cannot process your request" When trying to play Madden 23?
If so please let us know the following:

What are you attempting to do when you get the error message?
When was the last time you got the error message? (Date/Time)
Are you able to complete other actions, or play other game modes?
What troubleshooting have you done?

When was the last time you got the error message? (Date/Time) 11/10/22
Are you able to complete other actions, or play other game modes? I can do solo battle and some challenges
What troubleshooting have you done? Reset xbox, new line and even tried on another xbox all to no avail
Play the challenges in ultimate team . I can usually play two of them then it lags and fails to load sometimes I get the server error sometimes I'm just left in limbo for fifteen minutes at a time
