What are you attempting to do when you get the error message? Trying to log into franchise "Itsmaddenthirty"

When was the last time you got the error message? (Date/Time) 12/13/22 1:21 pm central time

Are you able to complete other actions, or play other game modes? Yes

What troubleshooting have you done? I've tried everything. My other franchises that I started works but this franchise is the only 1 I play with my brother
