I wanted to follow up here and let you know we are still investigating this error. If you've been getting this error when you're trying to play Challenges, do you mind sharing a couple details for us?

- All the challenges from the Ultimate team
- It started couple of weeks ago, and no matter what I do nothing fixes showing the message "Our servers cannot process your ......Please try again later". I had created new line ups, force powered down the console, reinstall the game multiple times, tried to change the DNS on my console network settings.... Nothing worked. I have bought Kansas City Chiefs theme team and I cannot use the game now. Me buying the pack did not break my connections, that happened few weeks after my purchase. My brother's account and my father's account are being able to play their Ultimate teams. I have tried to access my Ultimate team from my brother's Xbox Series X and I got the same error. So, it is not the console, it is something to do with my account.
Please, fix this ASAP fo me and for the others. This is making us boycott any products of yours in the future.
It is not fair to charge money for a product and then do not fix it when it is not working.
I am sure you are not expecting the things you buy for yourself personally to be supported as you support your own product.

All challenges and head to head games
This has been a complete dumpster fire of customer support. it is nothing but a loop of you guys telling me to check my network connection which is not the problem at all.
I tried playing on my brothers account and it works just fine. how is that even possible it's as if my account which I have spent actual money on is blacklisted or banned from playing actual games. I have literally tried everything from making an entire new lineup to checking game options nothing works. I am so disappointed that this is how a big company handles issues like this. no tweets or announcements of any kind. and a support system that takes days to respond just to not give a solution.

- 3 years ago@EA_Kent Xbox, mold breakers ultimate archetypes, launch sequence, team diamonds subset, snickers, and I think a few more at least.
- 3 years ago@EA_Kent I checked my lineup and I had both a Bo jackson HB and a bo Jackson SS card one on offense one on defense. I removed the defense card and now I can get into the second set of mold breaker challenges.
