Hey everyone, 


Thanks for the info you've shared with us so far on this. 

I wanted to follow up here and let you know we are still investigating this error. If you've been getting this error when you're trying to play Challenges, do you mind sharing a couple details for us? 

  • Which platform are you playing on? 
  • What's your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID? 
  • Which Challenge(s) have been giving you this error?

@EA_Kent I love how y'all respond to this but can't fix your broken update on the PC version. Game literally is unplayable.
