Thanks for the info you've shared with us so far on this.
I wanted to follow up here and let you know we are still investigating this error. If you've been getting this error when you're trying to play Challenges, do you mind sharing a couple details for us?
- Which platform are you playing on?
- What's your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID?
- Which Challenge(s) have been giving you this error?

- All the challenges from the Ultimate team
- It started couple of weeks ago, and no matter what I do nothing fixes showing the message "Our servers cannot process your ......Please try again later". I had created new line ups, force powered down the console, reinstall the game multiple times, tried to change the DNS on my console network settings.... Nothing worked. I have bought Kansas City Chiefs theme team and I cannot use the game now. Me buying the pack did not break my connections, that happened few weeks after my purchase. My brother's account and my father's account are being able to play their Ultimate teams. I have tried to access my Ultimate team from my brother's Xbox Series X and I got the same error. So, it is not the console, it is something to do with my account.
Please, fix this ASAP fo me and for the others. This is making us boycott any products of yours in the future.
It is not fair to charge money for a product and then do not fix it when it is not working.
I am sure you are not expecting the things you buy for yourself personally to be supported as you support your own product.
