Trying to play Challenges - Error "Our servers cannot process..."

Summarize your bug I can’t play any game mode in ultimate team, anytime I try to play challenges. It automatically kicks me out and gives me an error code “ our servers cannot process your request at this time. Try again later.” When I try to play solo battles, it loads me all the way into the game, but when the game starts, it kicks me out and counts as a loss. It also gives me the same error.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how you see it on my game
What happens when the bug occurs? It back to me out to the main menu
What do you expect to see? I paid $60 for a game that doesn’t work. I expect to see a working game. I didn’t even mention all the glitches in franchise mode or face of the franchise.
