Ultimate Team crashses when I try to select a card in my binder

Summarize your bug I recently broke down my powered up Legend Bruce Smith so that I could auction his set pieces. The 95 full Legend card is currently BND. My guess is that I put on abilities when I was using the 95 card before I powered it up. So, the natural thing to do is go in and take the abilities off...However, when I select the card in my binder, I get a 'Our server cannot process this request at this time' error, and the game kicks me out to the lobby. I re-enter Ultimate Team, try again, and the same thing happens. I've tried restarting the game. Same results. I restarted the system. Same results. I even rebuilt the powered up Legend and then broke it down again. Same results. I've never had this happen before. What's going on???
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to access the 95 full legend Bruce Smith card in my binder. The moment I click on it, the game starts to load the player screen only to crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? Ultimate Team crashes and I'm kicked out to the lobby.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to see Bruce Smith's attributes and manipulate the card. Specifically, I want to remove any abilities and reset the card so I can auction it.

I took pictures in sequence, starting with a pic of the card in my binder, then the moment I click on it, and then the error message.

    EA, how has this not been addressed. This has been a known issue since January. These legend cards were expensive to upgrade and now we can’t sell or quick sell them. My Darren Woodson kicks me out of UT too. I have Marshall Yanda, Bruce Smith, Darren Woodson, DeMarcus Ware, John Randle, and Kevin Greene all fully powered up and they now have no value. Countless others in the community also have legend players they cannot sell or quick sell. Please communicate anything about a timeframe of a potential fix. I’m on the ps5. Thanks, Steve

    I'm having the same issue with my 95 earl Campbell for months now and by.the time they fix this if they ever do the card will not be worth anything compared to what it would have been when I originally was taking everything off it to post it for auction,this is ridiculous I've spent 20 bucks a week on this game.for months and this is just ridiculous.

    This is the same thing that happens to me but with the 94 Legends Darren Woodson.  It is not a BND from what I remember I completed his pack.

    This happens when you add a legend player (or any player that can be powered up feasibly) that is upgraded with training to it's base power-up.  It becomes glitched and you get that crash error whenever you try to select it.  EA has said they are aware of the glitch as far back as January but it has not been patched (and it doesn't seem like it will be at this point).  Pretty annoying.  To avoid the glitch in the future make sure all players that you are adding to a power-up are completely downgraded of any training spent.
