Ultimate Team Restricted Unknown Reason by your BOTS

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team

Summarize your bug I was playing H2H SEASONS for several hours the night before and the following morning all of my game modes disappeared. This is obviously a result of third party or BOT software that you are giving the power to restrict players. As your terms of service team doesn't even have the ability to see the restriction. Stop being lazy and allowing your faulty coding to restrict innocent players who paid for the services of this game. All restrictions should be handled by real people so that the involved parties no what is happening. Your terms of service team has no idea. And this is affecting many people. Not hard to find cases all over Answers HQ that EA is simply ignoring.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get rid of the code you are allowing to restrict players.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game Modes disappear can't access Ultimate Team because account is restricted.

    This happened to me and they told me to wait it out. Im not banned or anything. It’s been like this for a few days now and EA support has done nothing

    @Wyntrrs someone actuality finally helped me after creating several cases and getting an email that they couldn't see a sanction. I finally got some EA worker who removed whatever sanction was there that no one could find. I just pray that you all can get your accounts back this was a frustrating 14 days for me. I wish this same worker could just fix everyone's issue. I feel like I just got lucky.
