We're facing a very large influx of cases due to the recent increase in people playing our games so it can take longer than expected to get a response. I'm very sorry for the frustration ☹️

The same problem happen to me. It was so frustrating because I was not able to make any moves to my team. And it took about a month for my auction house to veg unblocked but I came to the answers HQ and he was able to help me very fast. Because prior I was waiting for about 3 weeks to get an answer back from EA but when I came here he helped me get my auction house unbanned after about a week.
Can you please help me I’ve tried reaching out many times and this is getting very annoying, I’ve been banned from the auction house for a MONTH
