Unable to connect to EA servers
Every time I try and log onto ultimate team the game loads for about 5 minute and then proceeds to give me an error screen saying it cannot connect to EA servers. This has been happening for multiple...
If you're playing on Xbox, please run through these steps:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
For PlayStation, we'll want to try these steps:
- Run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
