Unable to connect to EA servers
Every time I try and log onto ultimate team the game loads for about 5 minute and then proceeds to give me an error screen saying it cannot connect to EA servers. This has been happening for multiple days now. Why am I spending money on this game if I can’t even play it.
If you're playing on Xbox, please run through these steps:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
For PlayStation, we'll want to try these steps:
- Run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
