Unable to connect to Madden 21 servers

Question

Whenever I log into the game, I get a notification that says I am unable to connect to EA servers. When I arrive at the main menu, I do not have the ability to select a game mode or option. I click on “Play Now” for example, and nothing happens. I am on Xbox One and this has been occurring for a few weeks. The only “solution“ I could find online was to delete my reserved data, restart my Xbox, then start the game back up.&nbsp;I have tried this process a few times, but continue to have zero luck. Please fix this bug so I can play as my favorite team again.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have tried this and I am still getting the same result. I get notified that I am unable to connect to EA Servers and I cannot select anything on the main menu.&nbsp;

Thanks for the response. Let's try clearing the alternate MAC address. To do that, follow these steps:Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
